Order Tracking

Once your order has been received by the delivery service, the tracking number will be sent to the provided email address from your order. Please allow 5-12 business days to receive initial tracking info. If the order has taken over 15 days from receiving tracking or if the tracking has not updated within 10 days of receiving it, feel free to contact us at info@lollipopwaxbar.com for additional assistance.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order and add any unit or apartment numbers if applicable. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times and/or cause orders to be returned back to our facilities. We will not reship any order until it is returned to us and you have paid for the fee to reship the order.

Return of an Order

At Lollipop Wax Bar we have a no returns policy and a no refund policy. We implement proper and safe packing procedures for shipping our products. We understand that on transit accidents may occur. Provided proof of a damaged product may only be exchanged upon returning any damaged products purchased from Lollipop Wax Bar website.
